Even at doses respecting the rules currently in force, this product, which is already debate in recent months, damage the brain. A worrying, because this compound is particularly present in the bottles.Mainly used for its excellent resistance to heat and electricity, is also found in water bottles, food containers, tableware for the microwave oven, sunglasses or CDs.

Clearly, this compound affects the hippocampus and the prefrontal cortex, which regulate mood, memory and cognitive abilities.
According to the authors of the study, these risks could also be observed in humans. To avoid them, should they believe to lower exposure limits currently in force.
Alertee about this, the European Agency for Food Safety (Efsa) was mandated by the European Commission to check the danger of BPA. In its latest assessment of risk, dated January 2007, the Efsa noted that the acceptable daily intake (ADI) ranged from 0.01 to 0.05 milligram per kilogram of body weight.
In order to avoid the maximum exposure to bisphenol A, the UFC Que Choisir has issued five tips.
