Eczema

Two types of eczema can be observed: eczema and atopic eczema contact.
The baby eczema, also known as atopic dermatitis
It occurs at the earliest months. It is characterized by inflammation of the skin accompanied by redness and itching.
These lesions are located on the face, scalp, behind the ears, at the crease bending of the knee, the palm of the armpit, in the groin. The contact dermatitis
It relates mostly adults.
The contact dermatitis is an allergic reaction of the skin caused by contact with an allergen. It is manifested by small red spots and blisters accompanied by itching
It locates the level where the skin is in contact with the allergenic substances, the most common is the nickel in jewellery fantasies.
If the earrings are concerned, it lies in the ears, if it is a ring, it lies in a finger and if it is a button trousers, it is observed at the navel.
The products most often involved in contact dermatitis
Nickel: fantasy jewelry, buttons jeans, watch bracelets, coins….
cobalt, chrome, rubber, glue
The tape
The hair dyes
The cosmetics, nail polish, deodorant, toothpaste, shampoo
Some drugs that apply locally
The balsam Peru.
The cleaning products, detergents, washing…
Stains clothing….
The gold plated and white gold may also contain nickel.
The assessment carried out by practicing the patch tests, products used in the back, grouped in a standard battery, capable of identifying over 70% of cases of this type of eczema
