Finding the hearing through surgery

Scientists based in Switzerland and South Africa have developed a method of physical intervention to recover losses hearing. Authors of an article published on August 29 in the journal PLos Computational Biology, they propose to re-settle the regions of the ear to recognize the frequencies lost.According to the authors, appliances that are available today do not find full hearing. They have studied the function of the part of the ear apelée the cochlea, which plays a role in the hearing. Researchers have noticed changes that could be completely the hearing function. The surgical procedure has not yet been developed although the authors argue, lasers could play an important role, as in surgery of the eye.
