Hearing - tinnitus

The tinnitus are defined by the perception of auditory sensations abnormal.
Even called tinnitus, they are manifested by the perception of sounds in the absence of a sound source.
These noises are only heard in more than 95% of cases by the person who is the victim.
These sounds have an intensity and duration variable, changing from one day to another.They reproduce sounds of everyday life: humming, whistling, music, engine noise, lawn mower…
Tinnitus is most often caused by an injury to the inner ear, where transmission abnormal nervous message to the brain is interpreted as a son.
Millions of people affected
Several million people are affected by tinnitus to some extent more or less severe and 150000 would be seriously affected.
A real pain
For some, tinnitus represent a real daily suffering and cause irritability, defects concentration, insomnia…
